Our incubation program is a structured process designed to nurture and support the growth of startups, early-stage businesses, or innovative projects. The goal of the incubation program is to provide our nominees with various resources, mentorship, guidance, and support to help them develop and succeed.

About the program
The 25under25 Awards aims to acknowledge exceptional young entrepreneurs who are under the age of 25 and making a significant positive impact in their communities through their hard work and achievements. While the main focus of the event is recognizing their accomplishments, it also marks the beginning of a broader journey. Following their nomination, all the selected entrepreneurs will be invited to participate in an intensive 8-week program. This program is specifically designed to enhance various aspects of their businesses and provide them with valuable tools for improvement. Recognizing the challenges posed by the current economic climate and the relatively young age of many of these businesses (with a significant portion being less than 5 years old), we are committed to equipping them with essential knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

All participants will undergo training in five fundamental business domains: Strategy, Finance, Sales, Branding & Marketing. Our approach involves enlisting proficient facilitators in each domain, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensible curriculum.

Participants will become integral members of an engaged community designed to cultivate shared learning, harness the power of social connections, and apply individual strengths. This community will gain access to educational avenues such as leadership sessions and interactions with industry luminaries.

We recognize the vital role of capital in initiating and expanding businesses. To address this, we will facilitate an opportunity for entrepreneurs to present their projects and vie for grants, low to zero-interest loans, and equity investments. Our ultimate goal is to ascertain the most advantageous financial prospects for all participants.
