Description: Temitope Adamoh is a passionate textile designer and Adiré artist who is preserving African culture through creativity and sustainable fashion. She is the founder and creative director of Simply Adiré Collections, a brand dedicated to promoting the Yoruba art of Adiré while empowering communities through skill development and entrepreneurship. Temitope discovered her passion for Adiré in secondary school and has since transformed it into a platform for cultural expression and youth empowerment. She has trained over 100 young people in Adiré making visiting schools and orphanages to equip them with creative and income-generating skills. Because of her deep love for Adiré, Temitope sees beauty in fabrics others have given up on. This passion inspired the Revamp Drive Project, an initiative where old clothes are upcycled into beautiful Adiré pieces and donated to the less privileged. Through her work, she continues to inspire creativity, sustainability, and purpose-driven design across communities.
