Description: Oluwagbemisola Osoba is a psychologist, mental health content creator, Public speaker, and creative writer committed to helping young Nigerians understand their minds and take charge of their wellbeing. She holds a degree in Psychology from Covenant University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University. She creates accessible and culturally grounded mental health content that translates complex knowledge into everyday experiences young people relate to. She volunteers with organizations such as My Mental Health and I Too, Mani, Psychebabble, Sightsavers, and the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, driving advocacy and community support for youth mental health.
