She is the founder of “College Guide Africa”, an online community she started at 16 to impact youth, students and young professionals from various parts of Africa, the diaspora and the rest of the world to increase the rate of education (particularly higher education) and improve the skillset, awareness, and productivity of youth for better employability, youth empowerment and reduced inequalities, which is now registered as an NGO: Educational Guidance Development Initiative. She is also the convener of the organisation’s annual event, titled the We Lead, We Educate Global Education Summit, an event that has brought together hundreds of youth from over 20 countries to empower students, professionals, parents and educators when it comes to an understanding what’s next to improve the face of education. She is a Global Youth Ambassador of Theirworld, a UK charity to pursue advocacy for social justice and the right to education, and she is a World Merit Star at the World Merit Fund. Feolami is also the host and creator of the podcast: “The Youth Have a Voice” which is a platform aimed at sharing the stories of young people in Africa and the diaspora who are making changes and differences in their communities. Her podcast also educates other youth to be inspired by people like them, relate to common issues youth face daily, and make a personal impact in their lives and communities. Feolami is also a law student and has begun her early career in the Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources industry. She is passionate about the implementation of the SDGs, with her focus on SDGs 4 and 8, and she strongly believes that the power of quality education and youth development and empowerment is the key to a better world for everyone."
