Description: Chiamaka Ngaihe is a graduate of Mass Communication at Ed Excel University Benin Republic, highly industrious and creative, very passionate about general staffing, good customer service, and providing exceptional service delivery. She is from Abia by descent, born and brought up in Lagos State, Nigeria. She is a reserved and simple young lady and this personality has earned her good relationships with people and also with her clients. One of the important reasons she ventured into Event staffing is the joy she derives after every event is completed, she also worked as an event staff under different event staffing brands as she got insight from them before she started her business. She also researched properly to ensure that she wasn't making any mistakes venturing into hers. Her passion for well-planned and coordinated events is what led her to set up Kristal Ushering Services. Earlier in her formative years in the industry as a student she was always intrigued at how some world-class events are planned: the orderliness, the service, the crowd, and how all the composites play out. These underlying factors inspired her to a great extent. However, she made the time to learn more and research what it takes to start up an Event Staffing and Coordination Company. Also, working as an event staff helped her to cover some bills as a student, and also realized that young chaps can do legit jobs to help themselves out financially and this was part of her goals in starting: human development for the youths.
