Description: Kaosara Sanni is a sustainable textile entrepreneur and the Founder of FITIRE DESIGNS, a sustainable African textile brand that specializes in crafting handmade tie and dye and batik using eco-innovative processes. She is redefining Adire through innovation, culture, and sustainability. What started as a C6 in Tie and Dye in her Senior WAEC became the spark that ignited her creative journey. Instead of letting her result define her, Kaosara leaned into her passion, enrolling in a six-month intensive Adire training at Itoku, Abeokuta, the heritage home of Yoruba dye artistry, to master her craft. Through FITIRE DESIGNS, she champions a zero-waste production model and merges traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, using tools like AI-powered design previews. Her brand has sold hundreds of handmade Adire and Batik pieces across Nigeria, the UK, and the US, each piece reflecting creativity, resilience, and purpose. Kaosara also leads a CSR project called the Scrap to Smile Initiative, which transforms textile scraps into useful items for underserved students while promoting sustainability education. She is a graduate of Business Education (BSc Ed)from the prestigious University of Ilorin. She continues to inspire a new generation of African creators, proving that passion, not grades, defines potential.
