Description: Halima Abdul is the founder of Sadia’s Factory Nigeria, a multidisciplinary operations, research, and development agency that builds efficient systems for African brands and creative enterprises. She also backs Factories of The World (FOTWRLD), an incubation hub supporting small artisan businesses through BDSP and scaling activities at the National Commission for Museums and Monuments, Kaduna, with support from Kaduna Enterprise Development Agency. Halima began her professional journey with Enactus ABU, where she worked on the Research and Development team, cultivating a deep interest in innovation, sustainability, and enterprise systems. A graduate of the McKinsey Forward Program, she continues to apply her leadership and problem-solving skills in creative industries and capacity development. Halima has also served as a resource person for the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, training staff in operational management and creative business strategy. In addition to her strategic work, she designs jewelry and custom fashion pieces, merging craftsmanship with cultural identity. Outside of her professional pursuits, Halima enjoys basketball and horse riding, activities that reflect her balance, focus, and spirited creativity.
