From singing in church as a child in Nigeria to touring the UK with Grammy-winning drummer Steve Gadd, performing aboard Queen Elizabeth II’s Royal Yacht Britannia, and playing the same stage with artists like Roddy Ricch and Lil Durk, Lodù’s journey reflects both depth and versatility. Classically trained and an ABRSM-certified musician, she played the violin as a child, laying the foundation for the rich, soulful precision that defines her sound today. Lodù produces and arranges all her vocal work, blending Afrocentric sounds with jazz and pop influences to create music that feels both intimate and universal. With over 100 live performances and a UK promo tour completed, Lodù continues to grow as an international force. She recently launched her own record company - Émilie Records, marking a new chapter of independence and creative leadership.
