Description: Faith Omeje is a Nigerian youth development advocate and the executive director of Teengress Development Foundation, a nonprofit focused on helping teenagers discover purpose, develop confidence, and build intentional lives. With over five years of experience, Faith has led initiatives that have impacted 10,000+ teenagers across Nigeria through school outreaches, mentorship programs, and gender advocacy. She designed and executed the Achieve Greatness Mentorship Program, a six-week, in-school model that has mentored 850+ students in 15 secondary schools. In 2023, she launched the Alagbado School Outreach, reaching over 5,000 students across 50 schools. In 2025, she’s leading Project Purpose 300, an ambitious campaign to mentor 30,000 teenagers and establish Teengress Clubs in 50 schools. Faith is also serving as a board member at Safe and Happy Teens Relief Foundation and has contributed to gender-based education initiatives with Vision Spring Initiative and the U.S. Consulate-backed Pearl Project. She is also building a career in digital marketing, using storytelling and digital tools to scale her impact and amplify youth voices across communities.
