Description: Favour Madubuko is a digital health enthusiast and final year student at Ashesi University Ghana. He is currently the founder of Canisa Health where he is building a personalized care platform for hypertensive patients. He hopes to empower clinicians and healthcare providers with tools that efficiently streamline their day-to-day practices and deliver good health services to patients. So far, Canisa Health has impacted 250+ hypertensive patients by delivering medications and screening services. They are also alumni of the prestigious FuturizeU incubator. With his dedicated team, he hopes to build and scale health solutions that help patients in underserved communities to address inequalities in accessing good healthcare.
