Description: Two years ago, after the passing of his father, Clinton took over leadership of Ogomek Auto Parts Limited. As a young entrepreneur, he has worked to stabilise and modernise the company’s operations while keeping his father’s legacy alive. Clinton has focused on building reliable supplier relationships with both local distributors and importers, ensuring steady access to quality auto parts. He introduced basic but effective stock-keeping and warehouse systems, reducing delays and improving how quickly customers can get what they need. To strengthen distribution, he has also started building a small but growing logistics network. With the use of local delivery partners and in-house arrangements, Ogomek Auto Parts Limited now reaches customers not only in its immediate community but also in nearby cities. On average, the business serves about 100 customers monthly, including mechanics, auto workshops, and private truck owners. Though still at an early stage of leadership, Clinton’s efforts have improved efficiency, created a few direct jobs for young people, and laid the foundation for the company’s long-term growth. His resilience and focus on innovation make him a deserving nominee for the Manufacturing & Logistics category of the SME 25 Under 25 Awards.
