Description: Daniel Abe, fondly TDA, is an impact-driven youth development advocate and founder of Grow With TDA, a transformative special purpose vehicle empowering young people with on-demand skills, mentorship, and access to global opportunities. Through this initiative, he has directly impacted over 3,000 students and young professionals since 2022, equipping them with employable skills, guiding them to scholarships, grants, and sponsorships, and enabling participation in national and international conferences that have reshaped their career trajectories. Through Grow With TDA, Daniel actively advances the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 4, and 8, reducing poverty, promoting quality education, and fostering decent work and economic growth. His work has positioned him as a catalyst for innovation and youth empowerment across Nigeria’s development space. A Graduate of Geology from Federal University of Technology, Minna, and holder of a Mini-MBA from Lagos Business School, Daniel currently serves as Financial Secretary/Treasurer of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) Young Professionals. He volunteers with leading global industry bodies, including SPE, NMGS, EAGE, and AAPG, and is a Fellow of the Aspire Leadership Institute, Harvard University, USA. Daniel’s unwavering commitment to leadership, growth, and service continues to shape Africa’s next generation of changemakers.
