Description: Oyindamola Osinubi is a programmes and communications strategist and social entrepreneur committed to building a more equitable and prosperous Africa through her social enterprise, Shapers Network Africa. She has trained over 4000 youths from 9 African countries, including Nigeria, Rwanda, and South Africa, equipping them with skills to prepare for the future of work and shape their communities. She holds a Bachelor's in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan and an Executive Mini-MBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from FATE Foundation, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and Venture in Management Program. She is an alumna of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance; European Union Youth Sounding Board, where she provided advisory on green and digital economy policies; the United Nations Office of CounterTerrorism Youth Engagement & Empowerment Program, where she presented policy recommendations on preventing violent extremism among young people at the 2024 YEEP National Policy Dialogue, and a Community Engagement Exchange fellow, where she supported the Civic Charge project at Accountability Lab in the US. She has been featured on the United Nations website, recognised by She Leads Africa and Donors for Africa, and received the Diana Award for her remarkable contributions to society.
